How to place an order
Orders can be made online using our simple user-friendly shopping cart site. Simply click on Brands, Boys or Girls and follow the pictures. Order processing runs on an eComm secure server using an eWay payment gateway and details are scrambled – everything about you remains confidential. We accept payment online by Visa or Mastercard.

Simply download an order form from here fill in the order form and confirm how you want to pay, we accept credit card, cheque, money order or direct deposit. Once complete fax, mail or email your order to:

Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Unfortunately this can take up to 4 working days but we will notify you via email the day your order is despatched.

Your information will be used to process orders only and will always be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Pyjamarama prices are inclusive of GST, and are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
Out of stock items and Back orders
If you have selected an item which is temporarily unavailable or sold out, Pyjamarama will contact you promptly to organise an alternative choice, arrange a back-order where possible or happily provide you with a refund. Please note, we are unable to back-order on sale or discounted items.
Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Pyjamarama’s first priority is absolute customer satisfaction. So if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 10 days of the invoice date for a full refund less delivery charges.
Each item is checked before dispatch and we package each item with loving care. However should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of the item (less delivery charges) upon receipt and authentication of fault. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
We also understand that from time to time you may purchase an item that’s the wrong size or isn’t quite the color you’d hoped for. In these circumstances we’d encourage you to contact us to arrange an exchange. Please note that delivery charges will apply to exchanges and all requests for exchanges must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
All items for refund or exchange must be unworn and unused, with labels and any packaging seals intact.
Discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
