Pyjamarama ship all orders through Australia Post. Most orders received before 12pm (EST) will be dispatched that same business day. Any orders not shipped the day of ordering will be dispatched by the end of the following business day.

Within Australia:
We offer the choice of Regular Post, Express Post or Registered Post and you can decide which option you prefer at checkout. The cost of each option is charged at a flat rate and is listed in the table below. We can deliver to you, or if the purchase is a gift, we can deliver to the recipient’s address.

Express Post parcels are a speedy option for delivery and can be tracked should a problem arise.
They are ideal if you want your delivery asap!
Registered Post parcels are great if you want added security on your delivery. They can also be tracked and the parcel must be signed for upon delivery. Insurance up to $100 value is also included.
Regular Post is also offered, however does not offer the security or efficiency of registered post or express post. Please note parcels that are sent using regular post cannot be tracked should they go missing.

Although Australia Post offers a reliable service, errors do occasionally occur. Pyjamarama do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they are lodged with Australia Post. We therefore recommend the use of Registered Post.

Worldwide:
Pyjamarama love to deliver Australian pyjamas to the world and do so via Australia Post Air Mail. Estimated delivery time is 10 – 14 days and regular post costs are as listed below. Insurance is available to most international destinations for up to $100 value at an additional cost of $7.50. Should you wish to include insurance, please advise us in the comments field on check-out.

New Zealand – Delivery Fee is AUD$12.00 for regular post.

Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan – Delivery Fee is AUD$12.00 for regular post.

USA and UK – Delivery Fee is AUD$20.00 for regular post.

Customs and Duty
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any such charges are your responsibility.
